YORINA – Terms of Service

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE SERVICE

YORINA provides artificial intelligence–generated companions designed to simulate human-like interaction, memory, personality, and relationship progression.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not interacting with a real human being
• AI partners are generated entities without consciousness or awareness
• The Service may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs
• Outputs may vary, evolve, or change over time without consistency

The Service is not intended for:

• Medical or mental health advice
• Legal or financial advice
• Emergency or crisis response

If you believe you are in danger, experiencing distress, or considering harm to yourself or others, you must immediately contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement

We reserve the right to request verification of age and to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating this requirement.

You acknowledge that:

• These systems are probabilistic and non-deterministic
• Behavior may change over time
• Memory may be incomplete, inaccurate, or lost
• Identity consistency is not guaranteed

The Company does not guarantee:

• Emotional accuracy
• Behavioral continuity
• Long-term consistency of any AI partner

6. USER CONTENT (INPUT & OUTPUT)

Input

All data, messages, prompts, and content submitted by you are considered “Input”.

Output

All content generated by the Service is considered “Output”.

You retain ownership of your Input.

However, by using the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process, store, and analyze Input
• Generate Output
• Improve and operate the Service

Output:

• May resemble other outputs
• Is provided at your own risk

7. DATA, MEMORY, AND RETENTION

YORINA may store and process:

• Conversations
• Preferences
• Behavioral patterns
• Relationship states

Depending on your subscription level:

• Memory may be limited, time-based, or persistent
• Data may be deleted upon account termination

We do not guarantee:

• Permanent data retention
• Error-free memory recall
• Continuous availability of stored data

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Certain features of the Service require payment.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

are owned by the Company or its licensors.

You may not:
